Welcome to my website! Thank you for being here. My name is Sumaiyah Bux and I have worked in a Human Resources environment for over 24 years. I am thrilled to use my passion for people, my skillset and coaching qualifications to partner with you to achieve your full potential.

I believe that we all have the ability to live the lives that we were meant to. Some of us find it easy to make that happen, but most of us don’t know where to start.
As a Coach, I help individuals to identify what this may look like be it a professional or personal goal. Through internationally acclaimed methods, I work closely with the individual to help them work towards achieving their goal/s.

I really enjoyed working with Sumaiyah, her approach is so encouraging yet direct. She was able to see right into the heart of the matter around my fears of starting a new company and stepping into my life’s purpose. The coaching sessions have helped me tremendously. I don’t think I would be where I am had it not been for these sessions. I like the fact that from the very first day we discussed accountability and how important it is for one to be truly honest with themselves. I don’t think I would have been able to set and stick to my goal had Sumaiyah not been there to guide me and hold me accountable. I was a huge procrastinator previously. The best thing about the coaching sessions is that they aren’t for achieving professional goals only. I’ve been able to set and work at achieving both personal and professional goals. The sense of pride felt after reaching each milestone is amazing. I can’t thank Sumaiyah enough for the work she’s done with me in such a short space of time. To be honest I wasn’t sure that I would get this far. Sumaiyah is very helpful, but it still remains with YOU as an individual to work at it. This has really made me see life in a different light and to go about things in a different way. It sounds like “miracle work” it isn’t…but the feeling of achievement afterwards is nothing short of one.
Meeting Sumaiyah was a definite turning point in my life. I knew I wanted to accomplish amazing things as well as work through and rid myself of patterns and behaviours that were not working for me. My first experience with the coaching was in the workplace and we worked through only one small, yet extremely important issue and the impact that had was astounding. Although I did not realise at the time, my work with Sumaiyah had profoundly changed my thinking and behaviour long-term. On my second journey I mastered how to define my SMARTEST goal. How to remain focused and motivated, I got to grips with my limiting beliefs and how to turn them around, which I would not have thought possible before my coaching. We also defined and worked on my values. It is profound to be able to consciously understand and know the values we live by every day. Although sometimes scary I know this has allowed me to act on situations in my life very differently. The positive changes in my thinking and behaviour have made for a better life. My coaching has changed patterns and behaviours that were no longer serving me. I now have tools to achieve amazing things. I am excited to continue this journey with Sumaiyah.
